U Wear Delivery options available

All orders received and payment accepted before 12midday Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) will normally be despatched on the same day to ensure your orders get to you as quickly as possible. All orders accepted after 12midday Monday to Friday or at the weekend will be despatched the following working day.

UK (and BFPO) Deliveries

There are three postage options for UK deliveries:

Normal 1st Class Postage Orders below £50 cost £2.80, but orders above £50 will get FREE recorded delivery postage. Normal 1st Class Post is usually received within 3 working days. If the package will not fit through your letterbox, the postman will leave a “We’re holding an item of post for you” card. This lets you know that your parcel is being held at your local Royal Mail Delivery Office and includes instructions about how to collect it or arrange another delivery date that is convenient for you. Usually 1st Class Post is very quick to arrive, however they can take up to 5 working days for Royal Mail to deliver. If your parcel has not been delivered after 5 working days please contact U Wear Ltd by email at home@uwearuk.com quoting your name, order number and full address and U Wear Ltd will confirm when it was sent out.

Recorded Delivery for orders below £50 will cost £3.50, but is FREE on orders over £50.

Recorded Delivery requires a signature for delivery and is usually received within 3 working days. If no one is in to receive the parcel the postman will leave a “We’re holding an item of post for you” card. This lets you know that your parcel is being held at your local Royal Mail Delivery Office and includes instructions about how to collect it or arrange another delivery date that is convenient for you.
Usually Recorded Delivery is very quick to arrive, however they can take up to 5 working days for Royal Mail to deliver. If your parcel has not been delivered after 5 working days please contact U Wear Ltd by email at home@uwearuk.com quoting your name, order number and full address and U Wear Ltd will confirm when it was sent out.

Royal Mail Special Delivery for orders below £50 costs £6.70, but is £4 for orders above £50.

This delivery option will get your parcel delivered to you on the next postal working day after you order has been accepted (provided this is before 12midday).

Special Delivery requires a signature please note if there is no-one available when your postman calls, they will leave a “We’re holding an item of post for you” card. This lets you know that your parcel is being held at your local Royal Mail Delivery Office and includes instructions about how to collect it or arrange another delivery date that is convenient for you.

If you have selected Special Delivery and your parcel does not arrive when expected please contact U Wear Ltd by email at home@uwearuk.com quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look in to it straight away for you.

EURPOEAN UNION DELIVERIES

All EU deliveries are £9 for orders below £50 and £5 for an order over £50. All our European deliveries are despatched using Royal Mail Air signed for service, usually deliveries to European destinations take about 4-5 working days to arrive however they can sometimes take a little longer than expected and so if you have not received your order after 10 working days please contact U Wear Ltd by email at home@uwearuk.com quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look in to it straight away for you.

REST OF THE WORLD (International Deliveries)

Any country not listed above (other than United Kingdom) is classed as International. All International deliveries are £14 for orders under £50 and £10 for orders over £50. All our International deliveries are despatched using our Airmail-International-Signed-For delivery service. We usually find our International deliveries take about 9-10 working days to arrive however they can sometimes take a little longer than expected and so if you have not received your order after 15 working days please contact U Wear Ltd by email at home@uwearuk.com quoting your name, order number and full delivery address and we will look in to it straight away for you.

Post Office Boxes

Unfortunately not able to deliver to PO boxes, sorry.

Correct Delivery Address

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address when ordering, your package may be returned to us by Royal Mail and you will be notified by us if this occurs. You will then be charged for resending the item(s). If you enter the wrong address and your order doesn't arrive either with yourself or with us, U Wear Ltd are not obliged to re-send the order at our expense. Please reduce the risk of this happening by entering your full and complete postal address. If you make a mistake and enter the wrong details, please contact home@uwearuk.com.

Items returned to us due to non-delivery

If an order is returned to us by Royal Mail as a result of either an incorrect address, a refusal to accept the delivery or failure to acknowledge cards left by Royal Mail, the customer will be responsible for the costs incurred to re-send the order. We will charge £3.50 to re-send the order via Recorded Delivery.

Collection

Please note it is not possible to collect in person form our address, we do not have a trade counter as there is no public access to the site.
